Full-Service Design
Cohesive Design & Build from start to finish
Connecting with the right design & build professional may take some time. We believe that feeling comfortable with the professional you choose is the most important part of your project.
We’ll submit a preliminary estimate of your project, prepare contracts and collect a retainer. This way we can focus on your job with our attention.
Phase 1: Consultation
We’ll start out by a quick 15-20 minute call & if we both feel like its a good fit, scheduling a 1-hour onsite session. Whether you're looking to upgrade your space or add value to your property, we’ll confirm the scope of work and brainstorm together if you’re looking for ideas or how to best solve a design challenge in your space.
Phase 2: Design
First we’ll gather our trades to visit your home, measure the space, review the scope of work and prepare drawings. Then we’ll have a virtual meeting to showcase the concepts and review preliminary budget. Finally, the team will present the finalized design. You’ll receive 3D visuals with time for revisions, line item sheets, and materials lists.
Phase 3: Project Implementation
The final phase is when orders are placed, trades are hired, and installation takes place. Once the project is completed, our team will review the completed space and rectify any deficiencies. Once this phase is completed, the final step is to enjoy your new space, beautifully designed and built by Dear House.
